Guilloring

The assignment was to make a unique ring... So I did. It is functional in the sense that the blade can move up and down. The string tends to stick a little so it doesn't always want to work. The blade is fairly sharp. Tied the noose myself. The professor loved the clever touch.
Can you believe how difficult it is finding schematics for a guillotine online? I had to make it up.
